Jason is personally a delight and is conscientious about informing the patient of what to expect with potential surgery and care instructions afterwards. He is realistic but encouraging. He explains things well, and though he is efficient, he doesn't rush a person who may have questions. He's an essential part of the team at Idaho Hand Institute.

He was great

I have limited experience with Idaho Hand Institute as I have only used their service a single time. I would say that they rate very well in my short experience. Scheduling seemed to be somewhat limited as they were dependent upon a hand specialist coming from out of town in my particular instance, but they were able to make a timely appointment initially. After which, although he wanted a follow up in ten days they were unable to schedule one in less than three weeks due to the holidays. This didn't cause a problem as I have had experience with injuries and with little guidance we both felt that I was able to care for my injury and understood that if I had any questions, or unforeseen issues, I had options available to me. The PA was knowledgeable and informative and the follow up care encouraged my participation and Dr. Stukki strived to understand how seriously I assumed my responsibility for physical therapy and based his recommendation for continued PT on both the condition of my progress and my ability to communicate with him my expectations comparable to his professional expectations. I would recommend the Idaho Hand Institute and although I look forward to never accessing their service again, I will not hesitate if needed

I was greeted immediately, pleasantly and roomed quickly. Dale answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Treated my wrist pain that visit without subjecting me to unnecessary repeated follow up appointments.
