Jason explained my conditions well and the surgeries to repair the damage to my wrist and elbow. He also explained what I could expect in terms of outcomes. IHI has an excellent and efficient staff. So far my experiences have been very positive with these folks. They're very friendly and helpful.

Have completed Carpel tunnel surgeries on each hand, reattached a bicep muscle and a large gash across palm of hand. Four different needs, Dale and staff were knowledgeable, polite, caring, addressed all of our questions or concerns. We were treated like family and not just an opportunity make money. Gave us options to make best choice for care. Recovered from all injuries, with little to no residual restrictions.

Kind staff and Dale Belnap was wonderful to teach me about my injury, listen to and answer my questions and help me understand the reasoning for the treatment plan. He didn’t seem rushed, but spent enough time with me to help me feel informed and concerns heard.

Good listener, great with explanations, great at diagnostics and treatment. I would highly recommend.
